The book Ein-Ya’akov ranges from prose to poetry and deals with repressed childhood memories. It exists in a gray area, through a point view of a child, who has no words to categorize the things that happen as neglect, violence or lies. It tries to recall an erased part of a childhood, shadowed by a father, a former soldier with PTSD.
This collection of fragments attempts to give a place to a personal narrative without imposing logic or order on it.
When trying to dive and look back, it appears the passed-on trauma unfolded all the threads of memory and re-knitted them without consistency or patterns, Leaving only an illogical mosaic, built of solid facts.
